Day 1, Saturday: Luxor
Embarkation in Luxor for a relaxing week sailing the Nile on a luxuriously appointed dahabiyya. After lunch, excursion to visit the magnificent temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, with its vast hypostyle hall of 137 columns, followed by the imposing 28 th Dynasty Luxor Temple. Day 2, Sunday: Luxor

Day 3, Monday: Amirat Dahabeya Cruise
Today will be a leisurely day. After breakfast, commence sailing

Day 4, Tuesday: Edfu
This morning you will sail to Edfu to visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Edfu. Overnight moored beside a Nile island.

Day 5, Wednesday: Amirat Dahabeya Cruise
Today you will sail on the way to Kom Ombo. Overnight on board moored beside a Nile island.

Day 6, Thursday: Kom Ombo
After breakfast on board you will visit Kom Ombo to see the Ptolemaic temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to God Sobek and the falcon-headed Horus. A leisurely sailing to Aswan and moored near by Aswan bridge. Overnight in Aswan on board.

Day 7, Friday: Aswan
Today you will visit the Aswan High Dam (completed in 1971), the Old Dam (completed in 1902). You will also visit Temple of Philae, dedicated to the Goddess Isis, a structure rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser at the time of the High Dam's construction.


Day 8, Saturday: Disembarkation
Breakfast aboard the dahabeya followed by disembarkation.
